Thanks to the Housing Accelerator Fund, the Municipality has incentives for qualified property owners in North Grenville to build Additional Residential Units (ARUs) on their property. These could house: Aging parents, grown children starting out, or rental tenants.

• consultations with the Planning and Building officials, as needed (and as time allows)
