Beth Donovan Hospice is offering a free 6-week support group for individuals who are grieving a sudden or unexpected loss. This closed group will run Wednesdays from May 14 to June 18, meeting from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the hospice.

Facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist, the group will provide a compassionate, confidential space to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of sudden loss.

When someone dies suddenly, there is often no chance to prepare, say goodbye, or begin to process the loss in advance. The shock, confusion, and unanswered questions can make grieving feel especially intense and isolating. This group offers a supportive setting to begin working through those emotions, gain coping strategies, and feel less alone.

Space is limited and registration is required.
